Mission

AIIFEm is an association for social promotion. It is a non-profit, non-political, and non-partisan organization that promotes and develops studies on venous diseases.

In addition, its purposes are as follows:

• To represent hemodynamic phlebology worldwide and increase the dissemination of the C.H.I.V.A. therapeutic strategy.
• To promote and develop knowledge and technological developments in the field of vascular pathophysiology among physicians and the general public;
• Collaborate with professional institutions to improve the training of physicians;
• Promoting the establishment of national and international registers of certified hemodynamic phlebologists.
• Promoting or organizing meetings, conferences, congresses, and continuing education courses, and stimulating publications in scientific journals.
• To promote awareness among physicians and the general public of the advantages of preserving saphenous veins.
